The privacy policy describes the rules for our processing of information about you, including personal data and cookies.

1. General information

  1. This policy applies to the Website operating at the URL: www.dietify.pl

  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to data provided voluntarily on the Website.
  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

    • Running an online forum

    • Running a comment system
    • Conducting online chat conversations
    • Handling inquiries via a form
    • Performing ordered services
    • Presenting an offer or information

    • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is entered into the Operator's systems.
    • By saving cookie files (so-called "cookies") on end devices.

3. Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's server.
  2. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company may keep server-level logs. The following may be recorded:
    • resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of arrival of the request,
    • time of sending the response,
    • name of the client station – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
    • the URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the Website was accessed through a link,
    • information about the user's browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through registrars on the site,
    • information related to the handling of e-mail sent to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • hosting company on the basis of entrustment
    • postal operators
    • law firms and debt collectors
    • payment operators
    • comment system operators
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website
    • couriers
    • insurers
    • banks
    • public authorities
    • operators of online chat solutions
    • companies providing marketing services to the Administrator
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.
  4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  5. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.
  6. Activities consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator's direct marketing.
  7. The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

5. Information in forms

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Website may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user completing the form. In such a case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to handle a service request or business contact, register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

  1. Information about user behavior on the website may be logged. This data is used to administer the website.

7. Relevant marketing techniques

  1. The Operator may use statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics. The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
  2. The Operator may use a solution automating the operation of the Website in relation to users, e.g. one that can send an e-mail to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that they have consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.

8. Information about cookies

  1. The Website may use cookies.
  2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the Website User's end device and obtaining access to them is the Website operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    • maintaining the Website user's session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Website;
    • achieving the purposes specified above in the section "Relevant marketing techniques";

9. Managing cookies – how to give and withdraw consent in practice?

  1. If the user does not wish to receive cookies, they may change the browser settings. We reserve that disabling cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, and maintaining user preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases may prevent, the use of the websites.
